Business Systems, Inc. with equipment errors, automated
monthly copier usage totals for black and color, and system
status.
• Onsite training for end-users
• Silver, Gold and Platinum customer status for
maintenance service including:
o Pre-set response time for maintenance
o “Spare in the Closet” program which provides
temporary replacement should equipment require service
or parts not resolved same-day. (Equipment will be replaced
by same or similar equipment to specifications)
o Inclusive Maintenance agreement includes the following:
• Parts
• Labor
• Developer
• Toner
• Fuser rollers
• Photoconductors
• Other maintenance supply items
• Excludes staples and copy materials such as paper,
transparencies, etc. |
