Our CPP program is a usage based fixed cost per print
program that includes professional on-site service, all
parts and genuine OEM toners for all digital copiers/printers,
laser printers, color copiers/printers, digital laser
facsimiles, multi-functional, wide format imaging devices
printers under contract. Have better control over your
expenses and migrate capital toner purchases into an operational
expense as we conveniently provide monthly usage reports
and billing statements. |

BUSINESS SYSTEMS’ MPS REFRESH
Our Technology Refresh program is billed as a Cost per
Print, but includes replacing a percentage of the existing
output fleet each year with new equipment. Use this program
to update aging fleets, to phase out undesirable equipment,
or implement equipment standardization over time. By the
end of the contract term the entire fleet will have been
refreshed with the technology you desire.

Utilizing Toshiba or Lexmark Management software, MPS
On-site software can be deployed at customer site to monitor
printers and MFP devices real-time. Our non-intrusive
software can provide usage data, machine status, service
warnings, error codes, and low toner indicators automating
service or supply requests. MPS On-site can alleviate
printer and supply related calls and streamline your Help
Desk. Bundle our MPS software with our Print Help Line
and allow our Help Desk handle the calls for you. |

Our Print Help Line can Effectively eliminate printer
related service and supply calls from your help desk.
Printer related calls can be automatically routed to our
Help Desk; where Factory Certified Technicians will troubleshoot
and diagnose your call; and if necessary, dispatch one
of our Technicians to repair the problem on-site.  |
